What should I wear?We suggest all throwers wear comfortable shirts that allows free range of motion. We recommend wearing pants or shorts - whatever is most comfortable for you. Closed-toe shoes are a requirement for all throwers. Athletic/running shoes or Crocs are acceptable.

Can kids participate?We welcome kids ages 12 and up, provided they can throw the axe in a safe manner and with adult supervision at all times. All participants must sign a waiver before participating, and participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver for them. Children are not permitted to throw after 9 p.m. on weekdays and weekends.

What are the axe throwing rules?No open toe shoes Listen to the instructions of your axepert Always check surroundings before throwing any axe Keep hands off chain link at all times Never carry axes out of throwing lanes Only one person throws axe at a time (per target) No horseplay of any kind Immediately Inform staff of any injury, broken targets or broken axes Intoxicated participants will be removed and asked to leave the premises Have a Bad Axe time!

Do we need to bring anything?Bring yourself, and we will handle the rest! Each lane is assigned an axepert who will cover safety, demonstrate how to throw an axe, and run games. Our axeperts will also monitor the overall safety of the event, and provide tips and support to allow participants to throw to their best ability.

How much is it?One hour is $35 per person; each additional hour is $25 per person. We offer a 15% discount per person and on additional hours for military personnel, first responders, and teachers with a valid ID.

How long does it take?One session is 60 minutes, but you’re welcome to add on additional time.

Can people come and just watch?Anyone is welcome to come and cheer on their friends/family without a cost. However, you might end up axeing yourself later for being a spectator and not a participant!
